WordPress – Delete Tags
In this chapter, we will learn how to Delete Tags in WordPress.
Follow the steps below to delete tags:
Step (1) − Go to your WordPress dashboard and click on Posts → Tags.
Step (2) − You can delete the tag “Food around the world” (created earlier in the WordPress – Add Tags chapter). When you hover your cursor over the tag name, several options appear below it. Click on the Delete option in the Tags section, as shown in the following screen.
When you click on Delete, a confirmation pop-up message will appear asking you to confirm the deletion of the tag.
Click on the OK button to permanently delete the tag.
